Omkring 700 besökare hann förundras och förfäras i Dr. Cagliostro´s tält under de två dagar som Sci-Fi Convention i Stockholm pågick.
Många av besökarna menade att besöket hos Dr. Cagliostro var den bästa upplevelsen under hela konventet. Trots det hårda slitet med att klippa biljetter och lugna chockade och omtumlade besökare, var vi mycket nöjda med helgen.
Detta var troligen vårt sista officiella evenemang för året. Vi tackar alla våra besökare och vänner för ett otroligt 2011. Vi tar nu ett djupt andetag och blickar mot ett 2012 som kommer att bli episkt...

Den 2a och 3e december kommer Dr. Cagliostros Kuriosakabinett att finnas på Stockholmsmässan under The Scandinavian Scif-Fi, Game & Film Convention.
Till detta tillfälle kommor vi att ställa ut delar av vår unika samling av föremål med anknytning till Assassin Orden. Bland annat en mekanisk skorpion i brons från början av 1800-talet.

Over the years, Dr. Cagliostro’s Cabinet of Curiosities, have made powerful friends, but also many dangerous enemies. In a series of articles we will unveil some of the many adversaries Dr. Cagliostro’s Cabinet of Curiosities has fought over the years.
Part one will reveal the dark secrets of the dreaded Order of Assassins.
The interest in the undead has risen tremendously in recent years. Dr. Cagliostro´s Cabinet of Curiosities have over the years, accumulated a great amount of travel journals, diaries, reports and objects that tell exciting and frightening stories about a life after death that didn’t turn out the way we thought...
We will try to explain the nature and mechanisms of undeadness and examine the difference between the various types of undead. For those who dare to venture into the shadow lands between the large and the small world, this knowledge is absolutely essential.
In 1927 Major Gösta von Porat is assigned by the newly formed Swedish Royal Air Force, to investigate the rumours of a strange aircraft crash near the Svea coalmine on the west coast of Spitsbergen. After a short investigation, von Porat confiscates all known documents concerning the Svea incident, both from private citizen’s and from the mining company Spitsbergen’s Swedish coalfields Incorporated’s archives.
All the witnesses to the incident ether die, disappear or are silenced. The frightening and bizarre events that took place in the isolated mining village on the west coast of Svalbard in the winter of 1925, seemed to have been erased from history. Only now, many years later, it’s possible to add several seemingly separate stories together, and thereby reveal a extraordinary and frightening story. A story that could be harbouring unthinkable cosmic secrets...
1927 får major Gösta von Porat, genom det nybildade Kungliga Flygvapnet, i uppdrag att undersöka historien om ett märkligt flyghaveri vid Sveagruva på västra Spetsbergen. Efter en tids undersökning beslagtar von Porat alla kända handlingar gällande Svea incidenten, både från privatpersoner och från AB Spetsbergens Svenska Kolfälts arkiv.
Alla de inblandade försvinner eller tystas, och de skrämmande och märkliga händelser som utspelade sig i den isolerade gruvbyn pÃ¥ Svalbards västkust i mitten av 20- talet, tycktes för alltid ha raderats ur historien. Först mÃ¥nga Ã¥r senare kan vi, genom att lägga samman flera tillsynes helt skilda historier, nu avslöja en märklig berättelse som kanske ruvar pÃ¥ hisnande kosmiska hemligheter…
